AJSO on tour!
Concert trip to Belgium
Once every 2 years the AJSO goes abroad for a concert tour. In July 2026, we will travel to Belgium to give concerts at four unique locations to promote the Netherlands, and Almere in particular.
In addition to performances, the orchestra members will visit cultural attractions to explore the surroundings and boost team spirit.
The concerts take place on the following dates and locations:
- Sunday, July 5, 4:00 PM - Ghent: Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-Sint-Pieterskerk
- Monday, July 6, 8:30 PM - Bruges: Heilige Magdalenakerk
- Tuesday, July 7, 3:00 PM - Roeselare: Open-air concert (subject to change)
- Wednesday, July 8, 3:15 PM : Handelsbeurs
Adopt an Orchestra Member
To make the concert tour possible, we are organizing the "Adopt an Orchestra Member" campaign.
With a contribution starting from €10, you support our concert trip and receive personal updates from an orchestra member during our journey. You will receive exclusive updates via WhatsApp, such as daily reports, photos, videos, and concert excerpts.
